About Exaltation

About Exaltation Poems:

Some Exaltation Poems are written as poetry and some are not. They are my dialogue with the Infinite, so if you’re a left-brainer or agnostic that can’t stomach that, I would suggest a Dickins’ or something that rhymes.

For the ones I’ve written in Verse-form (which you’ll notice by format), they are an attempt to unveil something complicated and deeply personal in nature.

Contrary to “Release” and “Breadth” that the description, “Exaltation” implies– these verses are Confessions that have not found a place on the map of my intellect.

As confessions, they are clunky and malformed. Yet like confessions, the purging is Pure.

I would prefer them to be perceived for their purity–like a naïve kind of expression (e.g. cave painting or shadow play of sorts); and less as an artistic endeavor.

Perhaps the “art” part will come at a later time….
