Talk is Free…Talk is Cheap…but Talk is Powerful.

I have a fire within me.

This Fire should be rage. But it is not.

In the past, I used it as such; but it only fueled Self Destruction. This morning, I’d like to address a Silence; a silence that fuels frustration, fear, hopelessness and anger in America.

That Silence is called naturally: Censorship.

Today, there is a huge disparity within the Human expression: particularly when Corporations and Government became more involved in the power of the Internet.

Ten years ago, when the Internet was made By the People and For the People: “anything goes.”

Perhaps it went a little too far. But who is to say? People had a choice: whether they wanted to Watch something or not.

And then Government and Corporate “laws” came into place: restricting Content Providers and the people who provide services to them; to adhere to what has become known today as “Compliance” laws.

These laws are used through the Financial medium in order to censor content. Businesses are becoming increasing afraid to “offend” people.

They claim they are protecting Children. But why would children be hanging out at a mature site anyway—why would they want to?

Further, I do not like how Americans use Children as “Human Consciousness” protection shields to defend their so-called “Moral Decency.”

People use the moralization of Children in America as weapons “of mass destruction.” Far worse than “Terrorism.”

This fear of “Offensiveness” has no basis. What businesses are afraid to “offend” are their advertisers and financiers…and their financiers are afraid to offend the Banks. And who do the Banks control?

The Government.

Hence, Laws are put into place with regards to loopholes in the bypassing First Amendment protection.

The truth is this: the lifeblood of America runs on Credit.

As result of this most businesses and people depend on credit cards.

This “Dependency” comes without choice; as it is designed to control how will live.

Online businesses in particular: cannot function without credit cards; hence the Internet became the perfect Viral Breeding ground—for Censorship by Banks and Government.

People believe that even non-profit sites can operate without Censorship. This is not true: because your Hosting provider (whose life blood is supported by Credit Cards), is hostage to the rules of the Banks. That is why there is less and less Free speech online…less than you think.

Visa and Mastercard particularly are largely responsible for Censorship in America: because they provide the Financial bloodline (or Artery) through which a Business can sustain itself. American Express and Discover Cards do not have this issue.

Want to make billions in a good way?

Why not start a “First Amendment” financial institution (that competes with these Two Titans) by providing Credit without Censorship and uphold what America is supposed to stand for?

The Credit Card industry realized that in order to stop “Offensive” material from reaching people: all they have to do is scare businesses about losing Revenue—by simply cutting out their blood supply…by hurting their pockets, or only source for Survival.

Businesses that violate what ” that Visa/MC deem to be their own version of Freedom of Expression, are banned from the banks—and can never take credit cards from customers again.

There is in fact, a “black list” Visa/MC keeps; not just for people who really do commit Fraud—but also of merchants that land on their “offensive” list—despite the clean or lucrative financial track records of the merchant.

There was a point in time with Visa/MC was happy to accept Billions for porn. But then they began to merge with Banks operated by Religious Fundamentalists (Paypal being the biggest of them).

The Right Wing used the Financial industry as a new Church. That’s why you’ll never see a Real President in the United States.

This all started happening around in 2000 when Bush got elected.

Over the years, Freedom of Expression has eroded in America; but this is not by coincidence.

I had fallen victim to some of that; I have experienced from the inside perspective: of getting services cut off from me, from my finances being drained, depleted and then destroyed.

You see, Censorship is done in a much more corrupt way today than ever before.

It is corrupt and perverse because you do not See it.

You just “buy it” and accept it—Literally!

People really have forgotten that they DO have “Spending Power.”

The problem is this: Most Americans are Horribly Stupid. So they Buy into anything. They enjoy having the spending power to purchase Powerlessness.

In the past, you could fight to make and defend provocative and profound art, to make porn freely (porn being the most loosely defined and abused word), to express yourself, and be supported by First Amendment laws.

Today, there is a more corrupt and “Invisible” silencing taking place: it is done through the Banks.

Before I go further, since Bush got elected, he began to immediately cut breaks for all his “Banking” or Financial buddies.

One of the things he did was removed the protection of Bankruptcy laws for the common people; or that is called “main street.”

But as you can see, he was more than willing to Protect Wall Street (as true back then as it is today; if not more true today with the “Bailout” at taxpayers expense).

You know, Main street people do not ask to get billions or even a penny to get Injected into their bank account when they make mistakes or are strapped. All people want is real protection, to know that the system helps them when they are in trouble.

Personal Bankruptcy is designed to protect people from predatory lending (that put them into that credit crisis).  It is also created to afford the Liberty, of taking Risks in spending. These Risks are beneficial for everybody: the risk of affording college, the risk of entrepreneurship and so on.

It is risk that fueled the Credit Card industry.

But after entrapping and preying on people with 3,000.00 credit card checks (sent to their homes) to spend money they don’t have—the Banks played dirty and got rid of protection for the people (whom they put into debt).

Instead, the system turned against the people.

They put you in Debt, and then they take away your Bankruptcy protection. They want to entrap you by making you pay up when you lose; but they refuse to pay the price when THEY lose.

Much more shocking is that WE pay when they lose. Why are there not any Riots? We just Buy it…because we want the Presidential elections to move forward.

The largest banks to day are run by Christian fundamentalists or Right Wingers.

They figured out a way to Censor content: mainly “Porn,” anything sexual or pertaining to homosexuality.

Visa/Mastercard, Paypal (which is a bank) are the biggest censors.

I’ve experienced friends who got shut down by Paypal in the early years simply by selling Gay t-shirts or providing Drag Queen entertainment services. Today, they don’t terminate: they just won’t offer you service–PERIOD.

If there is an Archive of Class Action Law Suits against Paypal (during the early 2000s, read it—you will see tons of unjustified Censorships and termination of people’s online livelihoods).

So on and so forth.

Well, Paypal bought up Verisign—which is a Credit Card processor for online transactions in the mid 2000s.

They also merged with Ebay, Washington Mutual, Providian and so on. They became a huge Censoring bureau: how do they shut people up?

They deny them the possibly of staying in businesses. This way, they also can brainwash the Masses into accepting a “cleaner, safer” space (”America).”

My credit card provider from 1998 up to 2002 started acting funny.

Unlike other merchants, I was forced to pay 500.00 by Visa annually and 1000.00 by MC just to process credit cards.

I was put into the so-called “High Risk” list.

They grouped anything with sexual or “offensive” content with “Fraud”—that was their strategy. Visa/MC started “spidering” (search engine profiling) every Merchant who provided credit cards on the net for “key words” that would put the into “Non-compliance.”

Once they weeded all the small people who couldn’t pay, they realize that Fining the individuals didn’t work (because these people paid the “fines”). So they fined the ACTUAL Banks themselves.

If you are unaware about how the Merchant Account system works: the way you get a Merchant Account is that you have to go through a Broker, who represents a Bank.

Lets say for instance, the bank is “Citibank.”

You go to Citibank, fill out your application as a business and then they go to Visa/MasterCard to approve it.

Visa/Mastercard may approve it, but then they  also use technology to spider and continually monitor your site (automatically and electronically) for everything they consider “fraudulent” (even if it is not).

Isn’t Technology grand?

They have redefined “Fraud” as a “Legal” means to censor people.

The traditional concept of Fraud in Banking goes like this: if you have a merchant account but a high “charge-back” ratio—verses your revenue stream—you are considered “high risk” or fraudulent.

That means VISA/MC loses money by doing business with you because of your faulty or non-secure transaction processing.

Whatever you’re doing is obviously shady (questionable) if all your customers or doing charge backs or ask for their money back.

About a few years that Bush got into office…the whole business climate online changed…slow but surely.

Suddenly, “Privacy Policies” were required by VISA/MC for businesses collected credit cards (by Visa/MC) online.

If you look closely at every Privacy Policy (located and sometimes buried in fine print in every online business): there will be a section related to “Offense Material, Sexual in Nature, Violence or Porn.”

Did I say Violence?

I will tell you something, they don’t consider watching people running into walls on Youtube violence.

What they are referring is “S&M” and sexual role-play between consenting adults.

This way, they can ban “offensive” material—that are sexual in nature—even if S&M people do not have sex (they just tie and beat each other up for pleasure).

Since fining Merchants individually didn’t work—because businesses that are lucrative are willing to pay the tacked on “High Risk” fees—Visa/MC did moved onto more drastic measures: They started fining the Banks (that completed those new merchant applications).

So they would comb through, say Citibank’s merchant accounts and start to find “High Risk” merchants they want to ban.

Instead of banning them, they tell Citbank (for instance), “We’re fining you 100,000.00 for proving Visa/MC; merchant accounts to this client for High Risk services they are providing.”

This story is true: because that’s what a Banker told me when I got banned. They were fined 100K as long as I was alive (on their account). I wasn’t worth it obviously. And understandably because a bank can go under based on this criteria.

So in such a case, the Bank will look at the merchant account holder and do the obvious math: “This account only makes 150K annually for us, so the 100K fine is not worth it).

“We have the Right to Terminate without Notice” is often written in Privacy Policy agreements.

The Bank will call up the merchant account holder (me for instance) and say, “We are terminating you’re business account as of today or within 24 hours.”

Suddenly, an online business goes down the tubes: it just evaporates—because they are suddenly  unable to collect payments from customers.

So people want to know why the internet is so “clean”—why Google searches are so “clean” (or Safeguard is “on” by default)—it is not by coincidence.

It is all very Clever. The General Public doesn’t see this. No one talks about it. No one cares because everyone is happy to get rid of Sex and Violence online right?

Everyone is happy to persecute something that conflicts with their moral code. They are pleased to elect presidents, officials and support busiensses that uphold these regulations.

What Society doesn’t realize, is that they are destroying and denying themselves.  Listen, I know the truth about how these people really live their lives: and one day, I hope to make a movie about all the things I’ve seen.

The entire Government and Corporations are not only in bed—but are masturbating the Banks.

The Banks determine everything.

They determine what you eat, what you see, how you breath and what they consider to be “offensive” material. In short, they take away your freedom.

This is the downfall of Capitalism in terms of its darkest aspects.

Its players are the extreme Religious Right that knew how to play the game from the inside out…in a way that allows them to Hide from public view (while they they Persecute or stripped society of First Amendment rights).

Now, I have been very patient with this…and that is why I say the “Fire” I have wihtin should indeed be Rage.

Instead, I am not Angry. Instead, I am going to TALK.

You know, I would stream full-length clips of MYSTERY’S CHOIR (my movie) on my site if I could—but I can’t. Firstly, no one would host the material because they would consider all sex: Porn or “Offensive”—and secondly, no one would give me a Merchant Account to process transactions.

But I don’t intend to make a business out of filmmaking—and I am not going to.

What I am saying is that whether for Revenue or Art—society in general is enslaved by the Banking system in terms of Freedom of Expression.

This is partly why I write so much, why I talk—because no one can stop you from talking.

Talking is free…Talk is Cheap…but Talk is powerful.

So I try to change the World by Talking. I must keep Talking in whatever form—online or offline…I will talk.

Even if you shut me up, I will talk to myself, I will talk to God. I will talk because Consciousness is Free from all obstacles.

I was going through ton of “Video Blog hosting” providers online yesterday to see if there is anyone on earth who could allow people to upload material without censorship.

Youtube (owned by Google; whose lifeblood is advertising fueled by search friendliness or “search-aggression” more like; Adsense etc), Bliptv, Podbean, Mefeedia…you name it: there is a Privacy Policy disclaimer on all these sites.

The Privacy Policy (or “User Agreement,” “Terms of Use”) disclaimers never existed before the Bush presidency.

Perhaps it did, but what the Legality that was used to protect Banks and Businesses evolved into a perfect Arsenal for Censorship.

It is a “Cloak” to say that they protect your “privacy”, provide you “security” and so forth. but what it really is, is a Contract between Businesses and Financial Institutions.

If they protect your Privacy, then why are they analyzing everything you do electronically?

Why do they track every move you make or know if you craved pizza today or yesterday; whether you once liked like blonds but now brunette.

Why is all this information important to them? So they can create more web sites appeal to your needs; yet they say they respect your privacy. They exploit the hell out of your privacy.

Privacy Disclaimers are not a “law” in the true sense of a word.

They are a Legalized mechanism to control and censor people and under the basis of Fear (or promotion of “Privacy” or corporate entity and responsibility).

I have read so many Offensive ones that are “way worst than Pornography.”

Ignorance is the most offensive thing on Earth.

It is Anti-Earth.

They say things like, “We want this to be a fun place for everybody and children come to this site”

“We have the right to determine what is Offensive or not” (or really—you have the right: since when?).

“We don’t censor but just because you like to talk dirty doesn’t mean you can do it here.” (that one was real—I forgot the link though).

Since when did people feel they can stomp over someone’s rights just because who THEY REALLY don’t want to offend are they Banks and they’re Advertisers?

They pay for mistresses offline and then put up appearances online. Who are they kidding about how the rest of the world is so much “dirtier” than them?

Children play no role in this…they are used as “Moral Conscious” Human Shields for Adults who don’t want to responsible for their own ethical depravity or free choice.

Last night, I did my research and was utterly disgusted by this Privacy Policy of this site in particular: http://www.vimeo.com/guidelines. I will paste some it here as photos in case they delete or change their wording at a later date:

“No sexually illicit material or porn. Non-sexual nudity is okay.”

Non-sexual Nudity: what the fuck is that? Where people who are nude have no boobs or penises? Or are just bobbing head dolls? A hole in the sheet of some Hasidic bedroom where a guy just sticks his penis in?

This Ignorance is almost intolerable—far more Offensive than Bestiality or the Marquis de Sade.

Now more than ever there is a HUGE disparity between “Sexuality” and “Porn.” Anything Sexual today is considered “Dirty.”

I have been fighting the battle of showing that Sex is not Dirty for a long time.

I think Porn is way less offensive than the people who are Afraid of it.

The danger of this Gap, this Disparity is that society begins to believe that if you express Sexual content, it has to be degrading, taboo, “filthy” or dark.

Either that or Sex has to be “Pretty,” or “Natural looking.” Sex is everything liquid, slimy, hairy and tangible. It is NOT pretty. It is LIFE!

As result of that, on the Internet you will see either very “Clean” spaces (illusion of Disney world) or very “Dirty” spaces: which is the world of pornography often associated with hackers and pedophiles.

You don’t even know if these Fundamentalists create Porn sites themselves filled with Viruses and hacking capabilities so that they can blame it on Porn! The Government invents new Terrors, Economic Stress and Diseases all the time to control the population, why would anyone believe their impression of porn online is ACTUALLY pornography?

If a society loses the discrimination between what Sexuality and Degradation is, they will more than likely Degrade themselves and others; hence, become Violent. So this disparity we see clearly on the net, between Clean and Dirty spaces is very Volatile.

There is no balance in it.

There is no room for Nature or Art. I understand that every web presence is a person (or businesses) own Domain. My issue isn’t about whether or not people want their entire Web Presence to be like Disneyland.

What I’m disgusted by is the “Moral High Ground” that people take. Everyone in America wants to “have fun” and wants a “fun place?” If everyone wants to Have fun, isn’t that like Living in Denial from Reality?

Isn’t that like wanting to create an environment where people can feed into their depraved Infantile fantasies and stay in Never-Neverland or Disneyland forever?

Fine, if you want to live like that. But people like that are more Dangerous than Serial Murderers.

They murder Art, they murder Freedom, they murder Reality and they murder Human Expression.

As of people like that, they incite more Trepidation, Complacency (or Compliance), Intimidation and Fear in this world.

The fear to stand up for what you really believe in, to say what you really think, to feel what you really feel—without Self-hatred and without Shame.

If in America, people have the true right to Freedom of Speech and Expression, if they were truly supported by that: this would be Reflected on business and service providers online. But it’s not.

Instead, you get this Silence on the internet…where if you go to any of these video blogs: what people love most is Ridicule, having “fun”, humor in seeing other people get hurt or insulted…yet they are offended by “nudity” “sexuality” or consensual violence between adults (sexual or not).

If I were Rich.

If I were totally Rich—I would create a Free Blogging Space for everybody that does not Censor.

If you want to see Hate: you have the choice to hit the Hate button. If you want to see Love: you have the choice to hit the Love button. If you want to see Mickey Mouse: you can hit the Mickey Mouse button. If you want to see Sex: you will hit the Sex Button.

I would not depend on Advertisers; I would not depend on Government. I would finance the whole damn thing myself. My philanthropy would be totally Radical if I had that opportunity.

That is my dream world: the promotion of Liberty in every single sense of the word.

There is far too much, Ignorance and Oppression in this world: whether that Oppression comes in Loud and Physical Tangible terms (terrorism, hate crimes, violence) or Silent, Morally based terms (media, art, news and information)—they are same.

I find this impression of a “Safe Clean World” far more offensive that these people who are hiding behind the mask of Dignity.

We know that the world is not Safe or Clean…so lets get on and deal with it.

These Safe Clean people are dangerous people—because all they perpetuate is fear.

You know, I dream of that world: where people who HAVE A CHOICE to see what they want. It is through this choice that people LEARN RESPONSIBILITY.

They must learn on their own what is Valuable and not Valuable and what is Offensive or Not Offensive.

They have a choice to click on anything at that they want. If they want to read all day long about how to be a Terrorist, Certified Rapist or to Hang themselves:

That is their choice.

They must learn through their own choice, their own suffering and their own consequences.

How can people choose this for other people?

When people choose for other people—what is that called?

That is called Oppression—that is no different than the KKK.

Is in fact FAR WORST than the KKK or any violent “pornographic bestial cruelty to animals or child molestation” imagery on the net: it is worst than that because it is utter Deception.

People have their worlds, their fetishes, their hatreds, their darkness and their kinks no matter how “clean and safe” you make the world.

If you do not give these people the choice to work out their own shit (their own Karma)—it will backfire.

It will breed Perversion and the worst types of Violence and hell anyway. If you want to Quality-Control society: give each person Peace. No matter what type of peace they need—they need their own definition of it.

If they want to get caught up in the Law—that is their choice. But until they have that choice: they will not learn responsibility—and in that regard, Society will continue to misbehave.

Harmony and Anarchy will always be partners in crime. No one is free from duality.

The more Anarchy—the more Harmony, the more Harmony—the more Anarchy.

Life is built on the flux of that movement. If you can keep it from swaying without dramatic resistance, Changes in life would be so much friendlier and forgiving.

This is true with all aspects of life…with all relationships in life.

You know, everyone knows that America is the most violent place to be—because of this hatred towards the body—towards the natural inclination of the mind, the soul, feelings and the sex.

You look at examples of other countries where human Choices allow people to face their own choices (hence responsibilities and consequences): and you do not have near the depravity of violence found in the American culture.

How I plan to resolve this Video Blogging issue in my own life is that I will simply have to figure out how to host my own shit.

I will probably not do that now but later… I’m working on a very important project (to me), which is called SPLICE. It is a movie that documents my life in film school—but it is about so much more than that.

In the documentary, you will see the struggles I went through in order to make Art. And in that process you will see the manifestation of literally everything that has led up to the state of the world today.

When I get that done, I will find a way to host the clips myself. I will probably not charged for it because A) I can’t get a merchant service to collect funds and B) I will probably get banned.

But if there is a Will, there is a Way. And that is what America has Forgotten.
